Volunteers for Picnic in the Park

We are looking for volunteers to help at our Picnic in the Park event this Saturday, 18th July at Lymington Road Community Centre and Green. The event will run from 12noon until 4pm, with set-up beginning at 9am.

We would be grateful for support with a variety of activities, including:

· Setting up and decorating before the event

· Assisting with outdoor games and sports activities

· Supporting arts and crafts sessions

· Helping with teas and coffees

· Litter picking throughout the event

· Assisting with clearing away at the end of the day

If you are available to help, please let us know:

· The time(s) you are available

· Whether you can help with set-up from 9am, during the event or with clearing away afterwards

· Which activities you would be most interested in supporting

It will also be a lovely opportunity to meet other volunteers, members of the community and the Town Council team while helping to create a fun day for local families.

Whether you can spare an hour or stay for the whole event, your support will make a real difference and will be greatly appreciated.
