Referendum Westgate Neighbourhood Plan

There is notice of a Referendum on the adoption for the Westgate Neighbourhood Plan. The Referendum will be held on Thursday 31st August 2023 to decide on the question below:

Do you want Thanet District Council to use the neighbourhood plan for Westgate to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?

Applications to register to vote for this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Thanet District Council, Election Office, Council Offices, Cecil Street, Margate, Kent CT9 1XZ by midnight on Tuesday 15th August 2023. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
